OUR STORY

Eric’s Seafood & Vietnamese Cuisine started with a passion for fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese cooking. Today, our food truck brings those flavors to the streets of Jacksonville, NC.

We serve a mix of fresh seafood, crispy wings, Fettuccine, etc. Cooked fresh and packed with flavor.

Our goal is simple — great food, friendly service, and a food truck experience you’ll want to come back for.
